16 May 2018: Today, we were on the road trip from Sydney to Wollongong. I did not know that Australia has such beautiful beaches. The sea is so blue, the wave is so strong (no wonder they like to surf). The sun is bright and hot but the cold wind literally blew the hotness away. The sand is clean, by the way Australian really took care of their environment! Salute!
I was so excited that I forgot to take photo of the beautiful view and had to put this photo of me with the view instead.
Check out the view behind me! Magnificent!
Flagstuff Point Lighthouse, Wollongong
Australia national bird… Keanu called it gagak (crow)… lol
It was a beautiful day
A walk in the cloud…
I can just sit here and enjoy the view whole day…
Time for lunch… a place called – Bombora
Keanu’s favorite – Oysters and it cost around AUD40 (MYR120) for a dozen… but the foods are excellent…
Sunny day… don’t forget the sunscreen and lip balm
So blue… Taken from Samsung S8+ camera
Enjoying the view
Actually, this photo was taken in the car..
End our day by watching Deadpool 2… Beautiful cinema call The New Empire
To be continued…
Not like any other trip before, this was a spiritual trip for me. Trying to get back to reality of life before it took away my senses.
Day 01 – Landed in Siem Reap airport. Taking a tut-tut ride is at least one-time MUST in Cambodia. Experiencing tasting the dust on our face and mouth.
Tips While you are booking your hotel online, you can asked for the hotel to arrange pick-up. you can save about US$5 here!
If you ask me about ONE advise, I would say be cautious of what you eat. Please be very cautious of the food consumed, especially those street foods. It might look delicious but the hygiene are questionable. Bring along some medicine just in case you contracted food poisoning.
If it is not getting any better, please go to the “reputable” hospital. Don’t think about the money you are going to save.
Shell marinate with salt and chili
This kind of old fashion market hardly can be found in the city. Most likely, next 30 years these kind of markets will no longer existed.
Angkor Market I
Angkor Market II
With modern architectures and shops coming in, developments are taking over the places.
Central Cafe in Siem Reap I – The decor is world class
Central Cafe in Siem Reap II – No air condition
Central Cafe in Siem Reap III – Lovely couple enjoying while looking outside
Central Cafe in Siem Reap IV – While waiting for the tut-tut picking me up.
One of the highlight ride… Big Grizzly Mountain Lookout (recommended to try at your own risk).
Well, who don’t love gold?!
Straight to jail..
No idea what is it for..
I think someone lost his hammer here?!
Guess who did I meet?
I dare you to try this ride..
Andy’s Toy Box (always on my mind)

Beautiful morning to start… 26th floor Hyatt Regency
Trying the breakfast at the hotel.. so so only.. about RM100 per pax (not worth it unless you’re a big eater)
Looking for direction to get to Disneyland…
Check out the hanger.. Woo Hoo.. I am on the right track.
For those who said that Disneyland is only for kids, all I can tell you is “you’re wrong..!”
Going to Disney like going back to time, being a kid again.
Welcome to Disneyland!
This is only the front part of Disneyland, not yet inside.
Yup, Mickey is surfing on the whale
Well, to take taxi, train or bus? This is the question that everybody ask during their holiday. This time, I bet on MTR (train)! Yup, it was the right bet. As soon as you step out from the plane, their was a MTR ticket counter, just asked from the assistance and they were very helpful. By the way, their English were almost like “kuai-low” (Englishmen).
This time I will be staying at Hyatt Regency Hotel, Sha Tin
After get out from Tsing Yi, change train again to Nam Cheong
Selfie in Tsing Yi
After reaching Nam Cheong, change train again to Hung Nom (if you don’t know, got to the information counter, very easy).
I thought my hotel was in Sha Tin, I got out from their and asked at the information counter, the person just told me that I need to go two more stations at University!
Passed him the ticket, pay add HK2.
Once reached University, I found this vending machine selling cartridges.
From the train station, that’s where I will be staying.
